FAQ
Questions people actually ask
How do the assessments work?
You answer one question at a time, choosing the option closest to how you actually are rather than how you would like to be. There are no right answers and nothing is timed.
Scoring is deterministic: the same answers always produce the same result, and the version of the questionnaire that scored it is recorded with it.
How long does one take?
It depends on the questionnaire. The Money Personality assessment is 49 questions and takes most people about fifteen minutes; the Strengths assessment is 178 and takes about an hour.
Each questionnaire shows its own length and estimate before you start.
Do I have to finish in one sitting?
No. Each answer is saved as you give it, so you can close the page and come back.
When you return you pick up at the first question you have not answered yet — nothing you have already done is lost or repeated.
How do I get my results?
Your results are scored the moment you answer the last question and shown immediately: a ranked profile of your traits, strongest first, with a score against each.
The full written report is available from your results page, and your results stay there for you to return to.
Who can see my results?
You can. Results belong to the person who produced them.
Where an institution or employer runs a programme, its administrators work from aggregates rather than browsing individual profiles, and an aggregate is only shown once at least five people are in the group — small groups are suppressed precisely because they would identify someone.
Is anything decided about me automatically?
No. Nothing about you is decided automatically by the platform: an assessment produces evidence, and a person reads it.
The reports are written to be understood by the individual who produced them rather than interpreted on their behalf.
What data do you hold, and can I get a copy or have it removed?
You are asked to consent explicitly when you create an account, and what is held is your account details, your answers and the results scored from them.
You can ask for a copy of everything held about you, and we will send it to you as a file. You can also ask for your data to be removed: your personal details are erased and your record is anonymised, which is what lets the aggregate figures an institution relies on stay correct without being about you any more.

Methodology
How our assessments work
Instruments are versioned, and scoring is deterministic: the same answers always produce the same result, and the version that scored it is recorded. No result is decided automatically about a person, and results belong to the individual who produced them.
The clearest answer is to take one
Both published assessments are available now, and the report you get is the same one an organisation would see.
